How can I pay for my order?

Is it safe to order online?

You can be assured that shopping with JCC is safe! We are a member of "Verified by Visa" and "Secure by Mastercard", providing additional security when using your payment cards online. We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit / debit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.

 

 

I want my item delivered to me. How can I do that?

We propose a delivery option for all our Product Deals. If you want your item to be delivered to you, all you need to do is select the delivery option during checkout. Be sure to provide a valid delivery address!

 



Can I still change my delivery address or the status to pick-up?

Once you've finalized your order, you can no longer change the address or delivery option you gave during checkout.

 

 

Where's my order?


By referring to the Order Shipped email which is dispatched to you once your order is with our delivery partners. A tracking link, which leads to our delivery partners’ tracking site, is available on the email for you to check the location of your order.

 

 

Can I pick it up in store?

Since all products is directly ship to buyer and We do not have any location stores at the moment, we currently do not accept any pickups in our office.

What if I do not like the product after I have bought it?

If the product is unused, and/or found to be defected, refunds can be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Original packing and all accessories included must be returned in its original condition. Products which have been used cannot be refunded. For products that have been purchased for more than 30 days, refunds will not be offered.
